Dino Sabatini & Maurizio Cascella – Chiron

Dino Sabatini welcomes Concrete Records owner Maurizio Cascella to Outis Music. Together they created their Chiron EP, an important chapter on Outis, bringing Sabatini’s immersive hypno grooves and the captivating sonorities of Cascella together. The duo explores mythological and archetypal themes, intertwining the intensity of mental techno with dark and transcendental atmospheres.
With each track telling a story inspired by mythological characters and referring to a figure from Greek mythology the EP represents the close connection both producers feel to deeper layers of ritualistic, tribal and mental techno. The title Chiron refers to the wounded centaur, a symbol of wisdom, sacrifice, and inner knowledge. The combination of influences from both producers gives life to an EP that is both emotional and dynamic, hypnotic and explosive, taking the listener on a unique sonic
journey.
